User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") regulates the use of an automated software tool — a bot in the Telegram messenger (hereinafter the "Bot").

1.2. The use of the Bot means the User's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. The Bot is provided as an informational and test service, without identifying any specific owner or operator.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Bot is intended to automatically provide information and functionality within its programmed capabilities.

2.2. The Bot is not considered to be a mean of providing services, consulting, or a public offer, nor does it guarantee that the User will achieve any specific result.

3. Terms of Use

3.1. Access to the Bot is provided via the Telegram messenger

3.2. The User undertakes to use the Bot exclusively for lawful purposes and shall refrain from any actions that may damage or violate the rights of third parties.

3.3. The User is prohibited to use the Bot to distribute spam, malware, gain unauthorized access, circumvent restrictions, or for any other unlawful purposes.

3.4. Usage of the Bot by persons under 18 years years old is permitted only with the consent of their legal representatives.

4. Payment and Digital Goods

4.1. If the Bot allows the purchase of digital goods or services for internal payment units (including Telegram Stars), the User agrees that such transactions are final once payment is confirmed.

4.2. Payments are made exclusively through mechanisms provided by Telegram. The Bot Administrators do not accept direct payments and do not process card data.

4.3. The User confirms that all payment details provided by them are current and valid.

5. Refunds and Dispute Resolution

5.1. If the Bot is unable to provide digital good or service, it may refund the User a fully (Stars or other units) through the relevant Telegram Bot API method.

5.2. The User may send inquiries regarding payments and refunds via the /paysupport command, which is processed by the Bot Administrators.

5.3. Telegram is not a party to such relationships and is not liable, cancellations, or claims, including actions of third-party payment systems, banks, or intermediaries. All disputes and claims are resolved exclusively between the User and the Bot Administrators

5.4. The Bot Administrators are not liable for any losses incurred by the User related to chargebacks, holds, or payment refusals, nor for the inability to process refunds through third parties.

5.5. The User assumes all risks connected with the purchase of digital goods or services, including their non-refundable nature and the impossibility of cancellation once access has been granted.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Bot is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information.

6.2. The Bot Administrators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the User arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

6.3. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the Bot.

6.4. The operation of the Bot may be limited or discontinued due to technical failures, actions by Telegram, or third parties, for which the Administrators do not take responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property and Content

7.1. Materials available through the Bot may belong to third parties.

7.2. The Bot Administrators do not claim exclusive rights to such information and do not guarantee its legality, relevance, or suitability for the User's purposes.

8. Confidentiality and Data

8.1. The Bot does not collect or process Users' personal data beyond what is necessary for technical operation (Telegram ID and similar data may be used exclusively to ensure the Bot's functionality).

8.2. The Bot does not store messages or transfer data to third parties. All data are processed exclusively by Telegram in accordance with its privacy policy.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

9.1. The Bot may contain links or redirects to third-party resources.

9.2. The Bot Administrators are not responsible for the content of such resources or for any consequences arising from visiting them.

10. Amendments

10.1. This Agreement may be modified or supplemented at any time without notice to Users.

10.2. The current version of the Agreement shall be deemed published within the Bot interface or via another accessible link.

11. Termination of Use

11.1. The User may cease using the Bot at any time.

11.2. The Bot Administrators may restrict or terminate the User's access to the Bot without providing reasons.

11.2.1. Termination of access to the Bot may be final and does not imply restoration. The Administrators are not obliged to notify the User of the reasons for such restriction.

12. Governing Law

12.1. This Agreement is governed by generally accepted principles and norms of law applicable on the Internet.

12.2. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Bot shall be resolved in accordance with the principles of good faith and reasonableness.

This Agreement does not establish any contractual relationship between the User and the Administrators beyond what is expressly stated herein. The use of the Bot does not create any obligations of the Administrators towards the User.
